About us

The Wisconsin Crisis Negotiators' Association (WICNA) was founded in
1998 for the purpose of promoting training in the areas related to crisis negotiations and to encourage cooperation among crisis negotiators.

Today WICNA has over 235 members and provides state of the art annual training and Internet training aids to its members.

To become a member, you must be engaged in the field of law
enforcement on a full or part-time basis. It is recommended that members have a minimum of 40 hours of negotiators training in a qualified course.
